my vegan dinner with natalie of ladies lotto
meet natalie. she’s been in the industry (and i say “the” because i really can’t specify WHICH industry she’d be grouped in because she’s literally done it all!) for a while and well, i wanted to have dinner with her because i really admire what she’s accomplished so far.
she’s the found of a group called ladies lotto and after doing some stalking researching, i found out we have similar professional backgrounds in marketing, fashion, and i just found out she’s hungarian! best believe i threw out some of my hungarian knowledge =P
we ate at caravan of dreams… a vegan restaurant that doesn’t limit flavor at all. i ordered a shiitake stir fry, she had the seitan quesadilla – both were full of flavor! we also shared a something-berry, coconut, something smoothie – also very yum.
i learned so much about this woman, i wouldn’t even know where to begin! let’s just say this little lady is a force to be reckoned with. we talked so much we lost track of time and before you know it, it was almost my bedtime! bahahhaha!
oh and, if you follow my twitter, you’ll know what happens after having a fully vegan meal… HOLY SHIT – literally.
